Eve Bonnardel – Schaar, Head of International Development at Geomines, was in Zagreb this week for the “international donors conference on humanitarian demining in Ukraine”, alongside the Directorate General for Civil Security and Crisis Management, the French Embassy in Croatia, the Directorate for Security and Defense Cooperation DCSD 🇫🇷 and the French Ministry of the Interior. Discussions focused on national and international funding mechanisms for civil mine clearance operations in Ukraine.
The delegation also visited the Croatian Mine Action Center (CROMAC).
